Vouchers – Terms and Conditions

1. Hoopoe Vouchers can only be purchased from the Hoopoe Glamping and Adventures website at https://hoopoeglamping.com/voucher/
2. Vouchers will be sent via E-Mail upon receipt of payment through Paypal.

Terms Governing the Vouchers

1. You may not sell the Vouchers to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event you may not sell the Vouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of Vouchers by you to a third party and to void any vouchers which we believe are being sold through the internet to a third party without our express written consent.
2. Please note that in order to book online accommodation via hoopoeglamping.com you must be aged 18 or over.
3. Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Terms and Conditions for the use of Vouchers on hoopoeglamping.com

1. This gift voucher is only redeemable against purchases made online via hoopoeglamping.com.
2. You cannot use a gift voucher to purchase further gift vouchers.
3. Each gift voucher has an expiry date which is clearly included in the voucher email, all balances on the gift voucher must be redeemed by the expiry date otherwise the gift voucher and any remaining balance will be void.
4. This gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credit notes.
5. No change will be given but any outstanding balance will remain on the gift voucher and can be redeemed against valid purchases at hoopoeglamping.com at any time before the expiry date.
6. You can check the value of any remaining balance on your gift voucher by emailing us: team@hoopoeglamping.com.
7. Hoopoe Glamping and Adventures reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
8. Hoopoe Glamping and Adventures reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the gift voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary or in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
9. Please protect this gift voucher and treat it as cash. Hoopoe Glamping and Adventures cannot be held liable for gift vouchers, which are subsequently lost, stolen or used without permission.
10. Please do not attempt to redeem this gift voucher anywhere other than online at hoopoeglamping.com.
11. This gift voucher is for a set cash amount, it may not cover the entire cost of your holiday/purchase. Any outstanding balance due will need to be paid at the time of booking using the accepted payment methods.
12. Please note when booking with a voucher, please contact us at: team@hoopoeglamping.com or use the contact form. The gift voucher can not cover a purchase made in any other website. The voucher can cover all expenses of direct bookings made on www.hoopoeglamping.com (accommodation, special packages and products, tours and adventure week).
